On February 11th Answerthink, a technology consulting firm, reported 4th quarter 2002 revenue of $39.4 million vs. revenue of $54 million in the 4th qurter of 2001. ANSR reported a pro forma loss of $367,000 or 1 cent per share.  This did not include $10.9 million in restructuring charges and other charges to discontinue a part of the company's business.  ANSR has $66.3 million in cash and equivalents or $1.43 per share and the company carries no debt.  Book value is $1.86 per share and the current market cap is less than 1x sales.  Also, ANSR is expecting to receive a $9.7 million tax refund this year.
